Bianca Failla - Founder/Lead Human Rights Blogger 
Bianca is a Human Rights Advocacy Coordinator at the Youth Disability Advocacy Service and a Victorian Refugee Rights Co-Convenor at Amnesty International Australia. Bianca provides legal advocacy for disabled clients in situations where service providers, parents or government agencies have failed to act in accordance with their human rights. She is also responsible for the development and delivery of human rights training programs and advises on systemic issues affecting disabled young people in support of submissions to the Disability Royal Commission. 
Previously, Bianca was a Lawyer at Victoria Legal Aid where she provided legal representation in child protection, youth crime and intervention order matters in the Children's Court of Victoria. Prior to this, Bianca investigated and conciliated cases involving unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment and human rights breaches at the Australian Human Rights Commission. 
     Kelsey McGowan - Human Rights and Social Work Blogger
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours)/Bachelor of Social Science (majoring in Psychology) and is currently completing her Masters in Human Rights Law. As a social worker, Kelsey is passionate about empowering young people to overcome societal barriers and lead fulfilling lives. Kelsey has a special interest in mental health and trauma work.
Kelsey is currently working as a Human Rights Advocate at the Youth Disability Advocacy Service and is a Board Director for UN Youth Australia. Kelsey joined PGHR because she believes that all young people should be provided with the opportunities and resources to learn about and lead in the solutions to both local and global issues affecting their lives. In particular, Kelsey believes in the power of diverse voices and lived experience in decision making and leadership.
